Tomorrow is Valentine’s day. Will you be going out to a nice restaurant or staying at home to cook that something special? I try and save meals that take a lot of time to prepare for the weekend. When I do have a special occasion that falls on a week night I make sure to keep the meal as quick and easy as possible.
