I have fallen a bit behind on the blogging the past few weeks. Wedding planning, work and lots of traveling have taken up a lot of my time but that doesn’t mean I have given up on cooking! Weekday favourites such as Pad Thai and Veggie Curry have helped me still plan to have a home cooked meal even during a busy week. Onion Bhaji
One of the things I miss the most about the UK is Indian food. I cannot go out for Indian food in Germany because it is so bland in comparison. Moving to Berlin is what got me making my own curry dishes and thanks to my local asian store I have all the spices to do so.
Tonight was yesterdays leftover curry. The good thing about always making too much is that you have dinner already cooked for the next day. I also decided to make some onion bhaji’s as I already had the ingredients to make these. You can find these in any Indian restaurant and they have always been a favourtie of mine.
