Happy Friday! End the week with a bang by enjoying some home made baked burritos. Friday night is my break after a long week of work and healthy eating. These burritos are a real treat.
I use the leftovers of a mid week chilli con carne recipe making this an easy meal for a Friday night and still leaving you with enough time to get ready and go out and party.
Add a simple salsa over the burritos and serve with fresh guacamole and sour cream. Enjoy! x…
