Porridge with Banana and Maple Syrup

  • 50g oats
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 banana (chopped)
  • 1 and half tbpsn pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbpsn maple syrup
  1. Add the oats to a saucepan and pour in the milk. Bring to a boil (around 1 and half mins) and then simmer for around 4 minutes, giving it a stir regularly.
  2. Plate up in a bowl and top with the banana and pumpkin seeds. Lightly drizzle with some maple syrup.
